  4. "MacFolklore" is a shareware product. This means that you may use it free of
  5. charge. If you enjoy the program, you have the option of registering for the
  6. very reasonable price of $5. When you register, you will receive a disk with
  7. the registered version of  MacFolklore  along with  100 bonus questions that 
  8. are not part of the shareware package. 
  9.  
  10. By using this program, you acknowledge that there is no expressed or implied
  11. warranty.  Any "bugs" or "crashes" you experience are not the responsibility
  12. of the author. With that, I will add that MacFolklore was put through a long
  13. beta-testing period  and has no known bugs.  If you experience any problems,
  14. please let me know.

  16. While this program is shareware, it is not in the public domain.  This means
  17. that you may not modify  MacFolklore  or the accompanying  questions file in
  18. any way. If you give MacFolklore to somebody else or upload it to a BBS, you
  19. must include all ReadMe files,  documentation, and everything that came with
  20. the program unmodified.

  22. MacFolklore may be distributed freely as long as it is not modified.  It may
  23. be put on CD-ROMs as long as I am notified first and give permission.
